You need to first decide on the state for getting license,
then get your credentials evaluated..

mili,
Go to this site http://www.becker.com/accounting/cpaexamreview/ You'll find CPA exam requirements on the right side. Select the state from the drop down menu and see the requirements listed.
As far as getting your degree evaluated is concerned, there are many agencies that do this. Most common ones are FACS, WES etc. But there is no harm in checking out the others. You may call up your state board to find out if they would accept a particular agency for education evaluation. Each agency's evaluation is different - Some require notarized copies, a few require transcripts to be sent directly from your college/institution, and a few others accept photocopies. You need to go to each of their website/call them up directly to find out.
Hope that helps.

Contact the NASBA coordinator for PA and ask them for a
list of approved evaluators for PA. Then submit your
education credentials to the appropriate agency and get an
evaluation. File an application with NASBA with the
evaluation. If you believe you are short on certain
accounting credits, take the courses at a community
college. You must take Federal Income tax I or Tax
Accounting I. Take it his semester at a local community
college or take it online at RVCC I believe the URL is

If you are unable to meet PA requirements, also look into
Delaware
