Just one more question. Is Aud too much of Memorizing..???

I have been good with Managerial accounts which BEC consists of.. but i feel i should take an easier,small portion of study with FARE however i hope its not too much of memorizing...

Definitely not as much as FAR, that's for sure!!

With AUD, it is definitely more "principles" than "rules" that you will be learning. Some candidates find the experience to actually be easier because they respond to principles better than memorizing rules. So no, it's not too much memorizing, at least in comparison to Financial Accounting!
